What she has noticed about her body and her days belongs in the conversation.

Who This Work Is For

For the Woman Who Senses Something Has Shifted

She keeps meeting the day the same way, and the day keeps answering differently. Some mornings do not arrive rested. The footing many women once trusted feels harder to find.

Across perimenopause, menopause, and the years beyond, what she notices may emerge gradually or seem to change all at once: sleep that gives less back, energy that spends itself sooner, a word that takes a moment longer to arrive.

What she feels is real, even when it is hard to measure.

Designed for Your Life

The Support The Root Method

Built to Hold

Every Support The Root program follows this method. What differs between programs is how many areas are covered and how much time there is together.

The work begins with one meaningful habit, chosen from the theme opened in that session and sized to fit the life you are living. Each habit is reviewed before the work moves forward.

This is theHardest-DayStandard:

Across every Support The Root program, each habit is sized to hold on a hard day, not only a good one. It should still feel manageable through demanding weeks and disrupted routines. If it stops fitting, it is resized or replaced rather than pushed through.

Here, the work bends when life does.

What is shaped for the hard days is what stays rooted.

What Health Coaching Is

How We Work

Knowing what supports your health is one thing. Living it consistently is another. Health coaching helps you turn what you are learning into habits small enough to hold in daily life.

Health coaching is distinct from medical care. Here, the focus is the daily layer:

  • Noticing patterns.
  • Identifying what matters to you.
  • Building habits around your values, your priorities, and the season you are living.
  • Reviewing what happened between sessions without judgment and adjusting the habit before anything new is added.

The work begins where you are and moves one thoughtful step at a time.

Clinical decisions remain with you and your licensed providers.

A Note From Paige

Before This Was My Work, It Was My Life

I know what it feels like to carry a full life and still notice your body responding in new ways. I know how easy it is for your own health to keep falling behind everything else that needs your attention.

For a long time I felt as though my body was working against me. Over time, I began paying closer attention to the patterns in my days and to the changes I could sustain. That is why this work begins with noticing before changing.

The Programs

Three Ways to Continue

Every program begins with a complimentary Root Session, a conversation to understand where you are, what you are looking for, and whether one of these programs fits.

The programs are different containers for different seasons, and which one fits is decided together in the Root Session.

Perimenopause, menopause, and the years beyond remain in view throughout.

The First Conversation

The Root Session

You are heard first. What comes next remains yours to decide.

Support The Root reads Your Health Story before the session, so your time together can begin where you are rather than with the basics. The Root Session is for understanding what you are looking for and whether Support The Root is the right fit. Goals and action steps belong to the coaching that follows if you choose to continue.

Understanding comes first.
