These Terms and Conditions govern your use of supporttheroot.com and any coaching services offered through Support The Root, owned and operated by Paige, Founder of Support The Root. By accessing this website or submitting a booking request, you agree to these terms in full.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this website or submit a request for services.

1. Nature of Services

Support The Root offers virtual, one-on-one integrative health and wellness coaching. All coaching services are educational and supportive in nature. They are not medical advice, clinical treatment, therapy, psychological counseling, or clinical nutrition services of any kind.

Coaching through Support The Root is designed to complement your existing healthcare, not replace it. If you are under the care of a physician, therapist, or any other licensed healthcare provider, please continue that care. Any goals or topics discussed in coaching sessions are explored for educational and motivational purposes only.

2. Eligibility

Coaching services through Support The Root are available to adults 18 years of age and older only. By submitting a booking request or entering into a coaching agreement, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. The Root Session

The Root Session is a complimentary 45-minute introductory conversation available once per person. Submitting a booking request does not guarantee a confirmed session. Sessions are confirmed by Paige directly following review of your request. The Root Session carries no obligation to purchase any paid services.

4. Paid Services and Payment

All paid coaching programs and sessions require a signed Coaching Partnership Agreement prior to confirmation. Payment is due in full at the time of enrollment unless a payment plan has been agreed upon in writing.

All payments are processed securely through Practice Better. All prices are in USD.

Current pricing reflects introductory Launch Rates available during the launch period. Rates are subject to change. Your signed agreement locks in the rate in effect at the time of signing.

5. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds

All sales are final. Sessions are non-refundable once purchased. At least 48 hours notice is required for cancellations and reschedules. Sessions must be completed within one year of the purchase date.

A pause of up to 30 days may be requested once per program, subject to mutual agreement. Full details are outlined in the Coaching Partnership Agreement provided at the time of enrollment.

6. Confidentiality

All personal information shared during coaching sessions and through the booking process is held in strict confidence. Information will not be disclosed to any third party without your written consent.

Confidentiality has limits. In situations involving risk of harm to yourself or others, Support The Root may direct you to appropriate professional or emergency resources. Coaching services through Support The Root are not a crisis service. If you are in immediate danger, please contact 988 (Suicide and Crisis Lifeline) or 911.

7. Session Recording

Sessions are conducted virtually through Practice Better and are never recorded by Support The Root. Clients are also asked not to record sessions by any means without prior written consent. Unauthorized recording is a violation of these terms and may result in termination of the coaching relationship.

8. Limitation of Liability

You acknowledge that coaching results are not guaranteed and depend on your individual effort, commitment, and circumstances. Support The Root makes no representations or warranties regarding specific outcomes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Support The Root shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or participation in coaching services.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, design, graphics, and materials provided during coaching, is the property of Support The Root and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

10. Website Use

This website is provided for informational purposes. Support The Root reserves the right to modify or discontinue any part of this website at any time without notice. Use of this website is at your own risk.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or coaching services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Michigan.

12. Changes to These Terms

These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of this website following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
