About Paige
Behind Support The Root
She is not someone who figured it all out. She is someone who stayed committed to the work and built a practice from that place.
Hi, I’m Paige
I Know What It Feels Like
to Be Last on the List.
I know what it feels like to carry a full life and still sense that something in your body is quietly asking for more. To keep moving your own health to tomorrow because there is always something more pressing, always someone else who needs more first. That experience is not a character flaw. It is what it looks like to be a woman with a lot of love and a lot of responsibility. It is also what brought me to this work.
From my teenage years my body felt like it was working against me. There was fatigue that made ordinary days hard to get through, mood shifts that arrived without warning, and physical symptoms that disrupted my life in ways I did not have language for at the time. For a long time I believed that was how it was for me. It was not until I began noticing the connection between how I was living and how I was feeling that things started to shift. I changed my diet, stopped drinking soda, started walking, and gave myself space to journal. Those changes did not fix everything, and I want to be honest about that because there is no single path that works the same way for everyone. But they helped. If you have ever wondered whether how you are living has something to do with how you are feeling, you are not alone in that.
It was not until I began noticing the connection between how I was living and how I was feeling that things started to shift.
A few years later, a separate and significant health challenge brought its own set of complex symptoms and no easy answers. I found a practitioner who took what I was saying seriously and recognized that what I was experiencing was not normal for me. It taught me to look at the whole person and listen to the full story. That is the attention I bring to every woman I work with.
Both of those seasons are why I named this practice Support The Root, because I have seen in my own life that the answers live in the foundation, in the daily patterns that either support or work against how we feel, and in having someone beside you who is fully paying attention.
I know what it means to wonder if things will ever truly change. That shared experience is what drives everything I bring to this work. Not from a place of having it all figured out, but from a place of deep understanding of what it takes to stay committed to yourself. I am already on your side.
