Support The Root

Reading List

A reading list for the woman who wants to go deeper on her own.

About This List

Books That Informed the Work.

Every book listed here has been read and referenced in building the programs and the philosophy at Support The Root. They are organized by how they connect to the coaching work — from the books that sit at the foundation of the practice to those that go deeper into personal exploration territory.

None of these titles are assigned reading or required for any program. They are offered here as a resource for the woman who wants to keep going after a session ends.

For the woman who wants her own understanding in her own time.
