Every session opens with an honest conversation about where she is, and the habit commitments that follow are drawn from exactly what she is sharing, designed to fit into the days between sessions.

Rest

Rest is where the work begins and where everything else depends. The focus is sleep patterns, evening rhythms, and the small shifts in how she recovers that can affect how she feels day to day.

Nourishment

This area is not a meal plan. The focus is the eating relationship, what is showing up in daily patterns, and how those patterns may be connecting to the way the body is responding.

Stillness and Stress

Stress patterns, how the body responds to daily load, and what the nervous system may need are explored through small, sustainable shifts that fit into daily life rather than adding to it. The focus is awareness and practice, not perfection.

Movement

Movement looks different for every woman and this area starts there. The focus is what supports the body at this season of life, what may be working against it, and what a sustainable practice can look like when it fits who she actually is.

Connection and Joy

This is often the area that has been set aside the longest. The focus is what restores her — creative outlets, meaningful connection, the hobbies and small joys that tend to be the first to be released when everything else takes priority.

Integration

Everything built across all five areas comes together here into a personal framework that belongs to her. The focus is gathering what has shifted, naming what to carry forward, and building a reset protocol so the work does not end when the program does.

Three-Month Program

Root Restore

For the woman who is ready to understand what has been getting in the way and begin choosing herself, one habit at a time.

Root Restore moves through all six areas across three months. Over six bi-weekly sessions, the work looks closely at the patterns that are present, where attention is most needed, and where focused effort is worth directing. She is not handed a plan. She builds one alongside someone who understands what her body is navigating right now.

Sessions are bi-weekly, which means there is time between conversations to practice, observe, and bring what came up back into the room. Each session opens with what the week looked like and closes with one commitment she chooses herself, something specific and something that feels within reach. Over three months, those commitments build on each other into something that belongs entirely to her.

Month One

She is in the work and the conversations are open. The focus becomes clear and the first steps forward are taken together.

Month Two

The patterns across her journals and tracking are becoming visible, and the work moves deeper into what they are telling her.

Month Three

Three months of consistent work has built the beginning of a lifestyle that belongs to her. The final session captures what shifted across all six areas, anchors the habits she is keeping, and she leaves with a reset protocol built with her in her own words.

Deeply Rooted covers the same six areas, and then goes further. The first three months build the foundation. The second three months return to each area with greater depth, build on what has been established, and dedicate real attention to what she wants her life to feel like going forward.

In six months, Connection and Joy is not a single conversation. It becomes a practice, intentionally worked into how she lives. By the final sessions she is not finishing a program. She is standing on a foundation she built herself, one habit at a time.
