Life keeps moving and seasons turn. A move, a promotion, a parent who needs more of her, a child leaving home, or a quieter shift that deserves attention. A Root Renewal Session gives an eligible graduate space to revisit what has shifted, steady the habits she has built, and decide what support fits the season she is in now.
Coming back to tend a foundation already in place is the work continuing, in the season she is living now.
In the session she notices what has stayed steady, what has quietly drifted, and what deserves attention now. Sometimes one habit changes. Sometimes an entire season asks something new. Either way, she leaves with a clearer sense of what she wants to carry next.
Support The Root may revisit earlier coaching records, where they remain available and relevant, so the conversation begins with context rather than from the beginning.
What matters deserves tending more than once.
Root Renewal Sessions are available to eligible program graduates, scheduled as needed and subject to availability. Each session is booked and paid separately and is governed by the Single Session and Root Renewal Agreement in effect at the time of booking.
