Rooted is built on a single conviction: that caring for her body is an act of stewardship, not out of vanity or selfishness, but as a response to the truth that she was made with purpose, that her body is the home her spirit lives in, and that the way she tends to it matters.

This is not a wellness program with a faith component added to it. Faith is the reason the program exists. It shapes every conversation, every habit, and every question we bring to the work. She does not have to set her beliefs aside to care for her health. In Rooted, the two belong to each other.

She becomes the woman who understood that tending to herself was not one more obligation. It was an act of faithfulness to the life she was given.

Who This Is For

She cannot always name exactly when it happened. She knows that somewhere between everything she is managing and everyone she is caring for, she lost the thread back to herself. She is not falling apart. She is functioning, and she knows that functioning is not the same as living.

She is the woman who lies awake when the house is quiet with a mind that will not slow down. Who reaches for food out of habit rather than hunger. Who keeps saying she will take better care of herself when things slow down. Who has more on her plate than she has energy for and is looking for something to change.

Underneath all of it is a quieter ache. A sense that the way she is living does not match who she believes she was made to be. That her body deserves more attention than she has been giving it. That her faith and her health belong in the same conversation.

She is not looking for a program that adds one more thing to her plate. She is looking for someone who will help her see that caring for herself is an act of faithfulness, not selfishness.

She does not need to have it all figured out spiritually. Whether her faith is quiet, strong, or something she has never applied to her health before, Rooted meets her exactly where she is.

I Built This Because I Believe Faith and Wellness Have Always Been One Conversation.


I am a health coach who does not look at a woman’s sleep, her eating habits, or the way she carries stress in her body without seeing the whole person those habits belong to. Rooted exists because women who are living from faith deserve a program where that faith is at the center. She may be last on her own list. After the dishes, the laundry, the kids, the dog, the commitments, and every person who needs something from her. Somewhere in all of that, caring for her own body starts to feel like one more thing to manage. One more item on a list that never gets shorter, and one more thing she does not have the energy to give.

I built this program because I believe that is not how it is supposed to be. Caring for yourself is not a luxury or a reward for finishing everything else. It is stewardship and faithfulness at the same time. When a woman understands that, the way she comes to her health begins to shift. That is what Rooted is built to help her see. I am already on your side.

The Program

Six Weeks. Six Areas of Focus.

Each week brings focused attention to one area of her health, and each session builds on the one before it.

Each session opens with a reflection and a prayer. Habit commitments are drawn from what she is sharing, grounded in that week’s focus, and designed to be lived out in the days between sessions.

Week One

Rest and Surrender

Rest is where the program begins, and the invitation is deeper than sleep. This week creates space to release what she has been carrying and explore what it means to trust God with the weight of it. Rest is not something she earns here. It is something she receives.

Week Two

Nourishment

Food as fuel and food as stewardship. This week moves beneath the habits to the relationship she has with nourishing herself, and what it might look like to eat from a place of care rather than pressure or guilt.

Week Three

Stillness and Stress

Stress is often the body holding what the spirit has not yet surrendered. This week explores her stress patterns and builds daily practices that give her nervous system somewhere to land and her spirit somewhere to return to.

Week Four

Movement

Movement as a way back into her body, sustainable in her life. This week explores what it might feel like to move from a place of wholeness rather than obligation, and what that distinction reveals about how she has been relating to herself.

Week Five

Connection and Joy

She was not made to carry this alone. This week tends to the relationships that fill her, the community that holds her, and the daily practices that create space for a deeper connection with God. Made room for, with intention.

Week Six

Roots and Integration

Everything she has built comes together here into a personal framework that belongs to her. The question this week is not what she has completed. It is who she is becoming, and how she will carry that forward when the work of tending to herself is no longer guided but chosen.

Sessions

Six one-on-one coaching sessions, held weekly over six consecutive weeks, each 60 minutes, conducted virtually within mutual availability.

Program Guide

A program guide designed to support her reflection between sessions. Not to add to the to-do list, but to carry the work forward in the days in between.

Scripture and Reflection

A scripture anchor and faith-integrated reflection for each week, delivered through her Practice Better portal before each session.

Portal Messaging

Between-session messaging through her Practice Better portal for questions, check-ins, or moments when a steady voice in the middle of the week would help.

Root Completion

The final session includes a Root Completion reflection to mark what she has done, acknowledge the ground she has covered, and look clearly at where she is headed.
