I rotate through these depending on what I can find and what my budget allows. All of them are low-tox alternatives to conventional detergent.
Focused on reducing what ends up on the surfaces where food is prepared.
A slow build. I started with what I use most often and worked outward from there. You do not have to do it all at once.
I always buy shampoo and conditioner together as a set. Hair is not one-size-fits-all and I rotate between these depending on what my hair needs.
The products closest to your body have the most direct relationship with your hormonal environment. Not every swap here is affordable or accessible for everyone right now and I understand that. These are the ones I have found over time that feel most aligned with how I think about this area of health.
Some of these are larger investments and I want to be honest about that. I did not acquire all of them at once. I share them because they are a genuine part of how I approach recovery.
Sleep was where I noticed the most immediate difference when I started paying attention to the environment rather than just the hours.
The same philosophy applies here. What goes on and in my dog matters just as much to me as what goes on and in me.
He eats ancient grain, not grain-free. I rotate between these depending on what is available and what the budget allows. The fresh food options are ones I use when I can, not every day.
He is a double-coated German Shepherd. Grooming is a real commitment and these are the tools and products that have made it manageable.
